ForestWind Siberian Cats

I am an avid reader and Nana to 7 kids age 9 and under (3 of them preemies and 2 micro-preemies). They come over every Friday for "family night". My husband is a CPA working as a school district budget director and I retired as a peer facilitator (teacher trainer) and now direct the after school programs for 2 schools.

 I have allergies, so I want a cat that would be good with kids and allergies. Students found my first cat under a portable building at school and brought it to me at 5 weeks old, abused with a broken tail, begging me to "help" it. We had her for 18 years. I knew I was allergic, but no one else would take her, so it turned into long term "helping" and some allergy meds and shots.

I don't have my Siberian yet, but am looking forward to adoption soon. They look beautiful and sound personable. I'm hoping I'll get one that will walk on a leash with me.
