Jorrah Karat - Stolen and Illegally desexed and Illegally Sold by Dawn at Pendraig Cattery
Jorrah Karat is the son of our Feodor Vemas. Karat, so name for the carat weight of gold :), was born during Feodor's extended visit to Alberta, Canada cattery Jorrah. There Feodor Vemas was mated to Eva So Foxy Onix Gloria, and 9 weeks later Karat entered the world on April 15, 2008. Karat is a very large, goldeny brown male, with a loving disposition. Karat is as gentle to the ladies and kittens as he is to the show hall judges :)

Karat's COI is only 5.77 % at 10 generations, amazing for a golden! "In person," Karat has very nice boning. If Dawn hadn't stolen him, we had expected to see continued excellent develop of massing in him as he aged. Siberian males don't come to full conformation until four or five years old. Jorrah Karat achieved his TICA Triple Grand Championship in just a few shows!
Sadly, Karat was used for many, many FREE litters by Dawn Campbell of Pendraig. His stud fee was never paid. His shipping and vetting costs were never re-paid to us. In fact, Dawn never paid a penny for using Karat and unethically studding out his golden babies. Karat never had any babies at ForestWind Siberians. Karat was never returned to us as agreed.
